With over 14 years of experience as a business strategist, scholar-practitioner, mentor, and community advocate, I’ve dedicated my life to guiding others through meaningful transformation. Life is rarely perfect, and we all face obstacles—some external, others within ourselves. But here’s what I know for sure, from both my professional work and personal faith: perfection isn’t required to make progress. Real growth starts with courage—the courage to face fear, doubt, and adversity head-on, and to find purpose in the process.
God’s love has been my guiding light, and I truly believe His love can illuminate even the darkest paths. My faith inspires me to remind others, no matter where they come from or what they’ve been through, that transformation is always possible. Through my faith-driven approach and my work, I’ve been honored to support countless individuals as they create meaningful and lasting change.

Creating Executive Opportunities® was born out of my deep desire to bridge the gap for underserved individuals. This service is designed to help nonprofit organizations build capacity and empower organizations with the tools, resources, and strategic insights to help them thrive. My vision is to uplift not just individuals but entire communities, providing nonprofits with the support they need to maximize their impact to create a ripple effect of growth and opportunity for those they serve.
